2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Dutch consumer law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 7, Title 1), if you are a consumer within the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the product.

You may use the following template, though it is not mandatory:
"I hereby notify you that I wish to withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following product(s): [product name/order reference]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [today's date]. Signature (if sent by paper): [your signature]."
3. Withdrawal Period Deadline
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal.
- The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Opened or partially used products may not be eligible for a full refund, except where the product is defective or does not match the description.
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless the product is defective or we have agreed to bear those costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., opened food supplements where the safety seal has been broken), unless the product is defective.
- Products that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund as follows:
- We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable).
- If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
- We will process the refund without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product, or (if earlier) the day you provide evidence that you have returned the product.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the description on our website, please contact us immediately at help-desk@phomvexnzygloxeu.world. In such cases:
- We will arrange for the return of the defective or incorrect product at our expense.
- You are entitled to a full refund or a replacement product, at your choice.
- Your statutory rights under Dutch and EU consumer law are not affected by this policy.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your bank account or payment provider statement.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product following the process described above and place a new order for the desired product.
10. Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the product is defective or was incorrectly delivered, you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
11. Consumer Rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the Netherlands and the European Union. If there is a conflict between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.
12. Changes to This Return Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes will not apply retroactively to orders placed before the date of the update.
